New bellows in classic Bandoneon tradition is pure handwork. Each bellow is unique. La construcción de un fuelle en la tradición del Bandoneón clásico es siempre hecho en pura artesanía. Cada fuelle es único. La construction d ún soufflet dans la tradition classique du Bandonéon est un travail manuel pur. Chaque soufflet est unique. La costruzione de un mantice nella tradizione classica del Bandoneon è pura lavorazione manuale. Ogni mantice è unico. |

| Ein guter Balg ist natürlich dicht aber auch flexibel. Ein guter Balg läßt sich weit ausdehnen ohne dem Spieler einen Widerstand entgegenzusetzen und läßt sich ebenso weich und ohne Zug und ohne Druck wieder vollständig schließen. Die Balgkonstruktion kann sich dehnen (entfalten) und wieder auf kleinstem Raum zusammenfinden (zusammenfalten). Dabei öffnen und schließen sich die offenen Ecken (math: flexible Polyeder mit einer sich verzerrenden Seite). Die Ecken werden mit einer speziellen Falttechnik traditionell mit Sizilianischem Ziegenleder belegt. Die weiteren Materialien bestehen aus gepreßtem Zellstoff (spezieller Preßspan-Karton), beschichtetem Leinen, Seide, dem Schmuckpapier und Neusilberverzierungen. Ein Bandoneonbalg wird in reiner Handarbeit aus rund 450 Einzelteilen gefertigt. ... siehe Artikel "die klassischen Schmuckpapiere" ... siehe Artikel "Luftverlust und Luftverbrauch" A good bellow is naturally tight but also flexible. A good bellow can expand widely without giving resistance to the player. It also close completely again without any tension or pressure. The bellow construction can expand (unfold) and reassemble (fold) in a very small space. To do this, the corners open and close (math: flexible polyhedron with one side distorting). The corners are traditionally covered with Sicilian goatskin using a special folding technique. The other materials consist of pressed pulp (special pressboard), coated linen, silk, the decorative paper and nickel silver ornaments.
